Zuhair Al-Hajj has over 27 years of continuous professional experience, having worked with prestigious global organizations such as Al-Futtaim Group, Halliburton, and Emirates Group. He has played a pivotal role in establishing administrative systems, developing Emiratization strategies, developing government relations, and establishing shared human resources services.
He has extensive experience in attracting, mentoring, and retaining UAE nationals, and has led numerous initiatives that have contributed to the success and sustainability of Emiratisation strategies, including job orientation, training, and development programs specifically designed for national talent.
His professional experience spans the GCC, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon, where he successfully led projects to establish and expand human resources operations while fully adapting to the legal, cultural, and labor market regulations of each market. He has spearheaded numerous organizational transformation initiatives that resulted in tangible improvements in work environments, operational efficiency, service quality, and long-term sustainability of organizations in both the public and private sectors.
